This Privacy Policy explains how the Data Controller (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our") processes personal data when you use the AI system via WhatsApp, Telegram or other supported channels. 2.1 Data you provide yourself: When you send us messages via WhatsApp or Telegram, we collect the content of your messages so we can respond to you. Message content may include textual information, date and time of the message, and any attachments.
2.2 Platform identifiers: WhatsApp provides us with your phone number and message metadata, while Telegram forwards your user ID and username. This data is necessary to identify you as the sender and return a response.
2.3 Technical logs: To ensure system functionality and security, we maintain technical records (e.g., server IP addresses, request times, system errors). This data is not used for user profiling.
2.4 Anonymized data: We extract aggregated and anonymized statistical data (e.g., number of questions asked, average conversation duration) to improve the Service. This data does not enable user identification.
3.1 Service provision: We process your data to respond to your inquiries and enable continuous communication with the AI system. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3.2 Consent: In certain situations (e.g., sending message templates or marketing notifications), we will request your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
3.3 Legitimate interest: We have a legitimate interest in using anonymized data to improve and protect the Service (e.g., developing new features, preventing abuse and cyber attacks).
3.4 Legal obligation compliance: We are obliged to retain and provide certain data if required by competent authorities or applicable laws.
4.1 Internal access: Only authorized persons of the Provider who are bound by confidentiality and use data exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes have access to your data.

5.1 We apply the principle of minimization and keep personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the processing purpose. After the deadline expires, data is deleted or anonymized.

7.1 Under GDPR, you have the following rights: right to be informed, right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, and rights related to automated decision-making. 7.2 We will process requests without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days. In case of complex requests, we may extend the deadline for an additional 30 days, which we will notify you about.
7.3 At any time, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) – if you believe we are processing your data contrary to the law.
8.1 If you want to request data deletion, send an email to ameno.global@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and specify the WhatsApp number or Telegram user ID you used. We will process the request within 14 days.
8.2 After data deletion, we will not be able to restore communication or recover message content.
The AI system is available through communication applications and does not use cookies or other tracking technologies on public websites. Our websites may use necessary cookies, and you will be informed about this through special notices.
